the room WAS dated. The carpet looked quite stained. The bathroom fixtures needed an update. I DID not like that.

The hotel is located in a great spot near the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. They helped us during check-in and in the morning. Parking was available. I appreciate that a lot. The room had a balcony, and it had a nice view.
